You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Here is how to return an item and what to include.
14 days to request a return
For online orders, customers can request cancellation within 14 days from the day the piece is delivered. After notifying Silk & Road, the customer should return the item within the following 14 days.
Return the whole piece
Returned kimonos should be unworn, undamaged, and sent back with the matching belt, garment wrap, tags, and any included accessories.
- Natural textile variation is part of reclaimed silk and sari cloth.
- Damage from wear, washing, perfume, makeup, or customer handling may reduce the refundable value.
- If a piece arrives faulty or not as described, contact Silk & Road as soon as possible.
Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty or misdescribed, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. A tracked service is recommended so every garment is handled carefully.
Why returns are handled carefully
- Every returned kimono is inspected carefully before being released again.
- Include the original packaging and any accessories supplied with your order.
