Silk & Road sells one-of-one textile pieces, but the store still needs to feel easy and fair for online customers. This page explains the return rhythm in plain language.

Window

14 days to request a return

For online orders, customers can request cancellation within 14 days from the day the piece is delivered. After notifying Silk & Road, the customer should return the item within the following 14 days.

Condition

Return the whole piece

Returned kimonos should be unworn, undamaged, and sent back with the matching belt, garment wrap, tags, and any included accessories.

  • Natural textile variation is part of reclaimed silk and sari cloth.
  • Damage from wear, washing, perfume, makeup, or customer handling may reduce the refundable value.
  • If a piece arrives faulty or not as described, contact Silk & Road as soon as possible.

Cost

Return shipping

Unless the item is faulty or misdescribed, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. A tracked service is recommended because each piece is one-of-one.
